This is a fully differentiated lesson for Functional Skill level one and two. The lesson has been designed to help stretch and challenge learners and has worked well with students that are looking to progress onto GCSE English. The lesson recaps the DAFOREST techniques and introduces some sophisticated persuasive devices. The lesson has both reading and writing elements and can be taught over two hours if needed.
